For Orders Shipped within INDIA:
Eligibility for Returns (India): To be eligible for a return within India, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
You must have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Certain products are non-returnable as explicitly mentioned in their product description.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. This includes cases where the product received is damaged, the wrong product was shipped, the wrong size was received, or if you simply wish to return a non-defective item.
Initiating a Return (India): To initiate a return for orders within India, please follow these steps:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: For all return claims, particularly concerning damaged, wrong, or missing products, a continuous, unedited unboxing video of the package is mandatory. The video must clearly show the shipping label with tracking details in view, the sealed package before opening, and the complete unboxing process demonstrating the issue without any cuts or edits.
Please attach clear photographs of the product and its packaging, especially if showing damage or an issue.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if the return is approved.
Return Shipping (India): We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is due to a damaged product, a wrong product shipped, or a wrong size received. For non-defective returns, we will provide you with a return label included in the package, or instructions on how to return the item at our expense.
Inspection and Processing of Returns (India): Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. This inspection process typically takes up to 48 hours within the time the product is delivered back to us. We will notify you via email about the status of your return after the inspection.
Refund Options (India): If your return is approved, the full purchase price of the returned item will be refunded to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time (India): Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after your return is approved. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow this time frame for the refund to appear.
Exchanges (India): Yes, we do offer exchanges for the same product if needed (e.g., for a different size, subject to availability). Please indicate your exchange request when you initiate the return process with our customer support team.

For Orders Shipped to Countries OTHER THAN INDIA (International Orders):
For orders shipped to countries other than India, we do not offer returns or refunds.

General Information (Applies to all orders):
Cancellations: Order cancellation requests can be submitted before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be processed as a return (for Indian orders) or cannot be canceled (for International orders) according to this policy.
