Please note that you may experience a delay in fulfilling your order if the order status is On-Hold due to reasons such as action required from your end, if an item is out of stock, or if quality checks have failed. We will notify you if your order is placed on hold and the reason for the delay.
Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it will still typically be fulfilled within 5 to 7 working days.
Our fulfillment time is an estimate, and there might be delays that are beyond our control. However, we will keep you updated about any such events that may affect your order’s shipment.

We offer free shipping within India for all orders with a total value of ₹999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine) or more. For all other orders within India below this value, and for all orders shipping to any destination worldwide, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping cost will depend on factors such as the weight of your order and the destination.

We ship worldwide unless there is a conflict, natural disaster, or lack of connectivity to a specific region that prevents us from doing so. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during the checkout process or as soon as possible after your order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving the shipment with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
