How do I receive my order?

 Your order will be delivered to your shipping address via our trusted delivery partners.

I tried placing an order, money got deducted but the order failed. What should I do?

Sometimes payment failures happen. If your money was deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days. Contact us at care@8008.in if you need help.

How should I check the status of my order?

Is it safe to shop online using Net Banking, Debit, or Credit Card?

Yes, 8008.in uses secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure 100% safe transactions.

Why am I not seeing the COD option?

COD may not be available for certain pin codes or high-value orders. We recommend trying prepaid options.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden fees! All charges are clearly shown at checkout.

What should I do if my payment fails?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order size.

What if my order is undelivered?

If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. We’ll get in touch for re-delivery or refund.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, email us ASAP at care@8008.in.

How do I modify my order?

Changes can be made only if the order hasn’t been processed. Contact us quickly at care@8008.in.

How do I cancel my order?

Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Cancel". If already shipped, cancellation isn't possible.

What is your Return Policy?

•Items purchased from 8008.in are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Easy Exchanges-
•We accept exchanges & Returns free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

Easy Returns
•For Prepaid Orders - The full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)
•Cash On Delivery : A refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising a return.

How do I exchange my order?

•Please reach our Customer Support and provide the required details to raise a ticket then we’ll help sort things out.
•Exchange is purely subject to product availability.
•Once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end and once they are picked up the refund/exchange will be provided.

How does the return process work?

Log in → "My Orders" → Select "Return". Follow the prompts to schedule a reverse pickup (if eligible).

What if my pin code is not eligible for reverse pickup?

You can self-ship the return to the address provided in the return confirmation. Keep the courier receipt for refund purposes.

What are the terms for a refund?

Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Do I get a refund if I return sale items?

Yes, the amount you paid (after discounts) will be refunded.

Will I be refunded for courier charges if I self-ship?

Yes, up to ₹100 will be refunded as courier reimbursement on valid proof.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

Can I place a gift order without price tags/invoice?

Yes, just mention it in the notes at checkout or email us your request.

Do you take bulk or customized orders?

Yes! Email care@8008.in with your quantity, design, or customization needs.

I want to add more products to my order. Is it possible?

Unfortunately, once placed, orders cannot be modified. You can place a new order instead.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get a full refund?

You will be refunded the actual amount paid after the discount.

Can I try the product before buying?

As we’re an online store, try-before-buy isn't available. We suggest checking size charts and descriptions before purchase.

If I return a COD order, will the handling charges be refunded?

No. COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Does 8008.in ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide delivery on all products.
